Air Canada and United Airlines are a big NO NO. They are affiliated and they suck. United airline pretty much always connects at Chicago O'hare.. once of the worse airports to miss your flight or get f*cked over. Even when it's their fault, they won't compensate or help you. I hear you... last time we went up to TO we drove. It took us 10 hours (which wasn't much longer when you consider waking up early to get the airport shuttle, wait 2 hours at the airport for our flight, wait in line, go through customs, wait, load the plane, fly, land, wait for luggage, wait for taxi to get into the city.... I think it only took us an extra hour or 2 to get there and no dealing with planes, rude people, got to listen to our own music and we stopped at the very first tim horton's over the border...
